By creating an account and using Gromatik (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service helps construction and installation companies generate estimates (deviz) and client offers with the help of artificial intelligence. Estimates are indicative and require professional review before commercial use.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Access is granted by role (Owner, Estimator, Viewer) within your organization.
Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, to upload content you have no rights to, or to attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
All generated deviz and offers are based on the plans and information you provide and are estimative in nature. Actual on-site measurements govern final quantities. The issuer remains responsible for final verification.
You retain rights to the data and documents you upload. We retain rights to the Service software and trademarks.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for commercial decisions made solely on the basis of generated estimates.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU regulations.
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in the app before they take effect.
